One of DSP's primary goals is to boost the career potential of each of its members. This is done through a few key avenues: mentorship through the mentor/mentee initiative, educational seminars on a host of recruitment and business topics, and various networking and educational activities with both alumni and outside individuals.
We coordinate site visits and private networking events with prestigious firms each year, and we have a strong relationship with the Booth School of Business, Kenneth C. Griffin Department of Economics, and UChicago Career Advancement.
