One of DSP's primary goals is to boost the career potential of each of its members. This is done through a few key avenues: mentorship through the mentor/mentee initiative; educational seminars on a host of recruitment and business topics; and various networking and educational activities with both alumni and outside individuals. 

We coordinate several site visits to prestigious firms in Chicago each year and have a strong relationship with the Booth School of Business.
